MACE is an award-winning cocktail bar focused on exceptional hospitality, elevated beverage programs, and refined guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee nightly front-of-house operations and help lead a fast-paced, detail-oriented service team.
The ideal candidate has fine dining and cocktail bar experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high service standards while creating a warm and polished guest experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all nightly floor operations and service flow
- Managing reservations, seating, and guest pacing through Resy
- Leading and supporting FOH staff during service
- Touching tables and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Maintaining communication between bar, kitchen, and door teams
