Opportunity Description
Key Requirements Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role. Proven experience in a fine-dining environment. Preferably experienced in working with the Pilot POS system. Strong leadership presence and ability to manage front-of-house operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-presented, professional, and service-driven. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Lead, motivate, and manage the service team. Maintain high service standards aligned with fine-dining expectations. Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow. Staff Supervision: Overseeing staff activities to ensure compliance with company policies. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
