Floor Technician

Overview A Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors, including carpets and hard surfaces, on the property. Their duties involve cleaning, repairing, and refinishing floors using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to operate floor cleaning machines, and adherence to safety procedures.
