Fluent Commerce QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong experience in Fluent Commerce Order Management System (OMS) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of complex omnichannel order flows.

The role focuses on functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across OMS, eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, and logistics systems, supporting enterprise-scale retail and commerce transformations Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for Fluent Commerce OMS covering order lifecycle, fulfilment, inventory, sourcing, returns, and cancellations Perform functional, regression, integration (SIT), and end-to-end testing across OMS and integrated systems Validate business workflows such as Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store, Home Delivery, Split Orders, and Returns.
