Founded by Jill and Chef Eric Skokan, Bramble & Hare is the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Pub and the spirited sister restaurant to the acclaimed Black Cat. We are the downtown Boulder outpost for the daily harvest of our own Black Cat Organic Farm.
