Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join the Chick'n Out team in Rochester, NY as a Front of House (FOH) Staff Member! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service in a fun and fast-paced environment. We are looking to bulk up on our staff as we get into the busy season of the year.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system effectively.
• Assist in training new staff members on FOH procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
