Implement, monitor, and adjust the logistics network, ensuring the supply of materials in time, qty and according to logistics KPIs by using the SPW methodology and shop floor management tools.

Responsibility

• Ensure the timely supply of productive and as required material in order to avoid shortages and prevent the production line from stopping.
• Avoid generating AETCs in general.
• Prevent negative records and out‑of‑balance parts.
• Maintain low inventory levels both On Hand and In Yard.
• Maximize the disposal of obsolete material.
• Work with the following systems:
  • Online (Stock Status, MIP3 Epics, Critical Shortages)
