The Role
The Food and Beverage Manager supports the Director of Food & Beverage in providing leadership and directs the activities of the F&B Department to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction in order to maximize profits. The F&B Manager is expected to “get in the trenches” with the associates during high volume days, encouraging and working side by side with the team.
- Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality at the restaurant outlets
- Supports the Director of Food & Beverage in providing clear direction, establish goals and monitor progress to achieve desired results for the F&B Department
- Works with Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef in planning of food and beverage promotional activities
- Works with the relevant departments in driving the F&B revenue
