Opportunity Description
- Achieves budgeted food and beverage sales, labor costs, and profitability;
- Timely analysis of food and beverage prices in relation to competition;
- Participates and gives recommendations towards food and beverage activities;
- Hosts potential and regular guests;
- Prepares and champions sales promotions;
- Coordinates with Marketing Communications on the creation of marketing collaterals;
- Spearheads competitive analysis every six months by calling competition and data gathering such as banquet kits, venue rental spaces, and others;
- Champions telemarketing to previous clients to inquire about possible future bookings;
- Develops and maintains all department control procedures;
- Handles all food and beverage inquiries and ensures timely call back within 24 hours;
