Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Hotel Manager in daily operations
• Direct inventory management and cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor laws
• Develop and execute the F&B program effectively
• Act as the Duty Manager in their absence

• 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage leadership
• Certification in Food Safe and Serving It Right
