Job Description

• Design and develop new food products that align with market demands and customer expectations.
• Monitor and analyze food industry trends, advancements in ingredients, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Evaluate new raw materials and ingredients for suitability and performance.
• Conduct quality testing and analysis of received materials and during all production phases to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Maintain and update documentation related to quality assurance processes, formulation trials, and testing procedures. Generate periodical reports.
• Design and executive shelf life studies for all products (real time and accelerated)
• Analyze and report on product performance over time: appearance, odor, taste, pH, moisture content, microbial activity, etc.
