Dromoland Castle is currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time experienced Food & Beverage Servers to join our team across the resort's dining outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an award-winning hospitality team, delivering exceptional service within one of Ireland's most iconic luxury destinations.

Overview of the Role

Working 5 days over 7 (Monday to Sunday) depending on business needs

Shifts will vary across Food & Beverage outlets, therefore flexibility is essential

Set up tables and service areas to five-star standards

Take, retrieve, and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure positive guest engagement at all times

Assist with private events, weddings, and corporate functions across the resort
