Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional, engaging, and professional Food & Beverage experiences for every guest.
• Participate in daily Food & Beverage operations, coordinating scheduling, recognition, and performance management.
• Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit, and credit card transactions and prepare verification of daily cash reports.
