POSITION PURPOSE Provide excellent guest service by discovering all our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence Work across all areas of Gullivers, the Lobby Bar and during our various events, to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information Be fully conversant with all Gullivers, the Lobby Bar and the banquet policies...
Work in the F&B outlets to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. Be prepared to work all different shifts within the Restaurant service, banquet service, room service, bar service, club lounge service. The trainee will have an introduction and notions of the conventions department, an overview of the F&B manager’s tasks an introduction to the Cost control department.
