• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in accordance with restaurant standards
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of menu items
• Preparing ingredients and ensuring food is ready for service periods
• Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
• Ensuring food is stored, handled, and prepared safely and hygienically
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and food preparation areas
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies as required
