Food Processing Supervisor

Must be able to work on weekends and PH if necessary. All Nationality are welcome!

• Responsible for cutting fish and handling merchandise of seafood items
• Must prepare raw fishes in accordance to requirements
• Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items
• Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of your work area in accordance to safety procedures and standards of hygiene
• Serious, hardworking and responsible
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

• No Formal Qualification Required
• Basic kitchen experience required
• Cutting fish experience required
