Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager

Reporting to the Director of Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, you will lead food safety, quality, and regulatory programs at our Maple Grove, Minnesota manufacturing facility, which produces packaging for many of our popcorn brands and table spreads. You will help define best practices, ensure compliance, and drive strong food safety and quality performance across the plant.

This role is onsite at our Maple Grove, Minnesota food manufacturing plant.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

+ Lead food safety and quality programs on the plant floor, ensuring strong ownership across operations and maintenance
+ Ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices, including hygiene, sanitation, and waste handling appropriate for packaging production
+ Manage key milestones and metrics for the Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs improvement plan
