A Food & Safety Supervisor position is currently available in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of Food Safety and Quality processes across the business
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and report non-conformances to relevant managers
- Monitor, verify, and maintain food safety records, documentation, and certifications
- Coordinate product, personnel, surface, and water sampling for microbiological and chemical testing
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, PRPs, GMPs, SOPs, and Food Safety procedures
- Conduct food safety training and support employee inductions
- Monitor cleaning, sanitation, temperature control, and traceability processes
