This is a Full Time professional position on a residential campus and is responsible for various duties to include:
+ Will work as a member of the food services team to provide nutritional meals and safeguard the health residential clients, staff and visitors.
+ Prepares and serves food in accordance with established menus
+ Monitors the use of food and prepares additional quantities as needed
+ Properly stores dietary supplies according to department procedures
+ Note any safety issues which will require immediate notification of Program Coordinator or School Office
+ Participate in Monthly Environment of Care inspections and ensure compliance with Joint Commission Standards of care.
