Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Must have 3 - 5 years experience in a similar or related environment within the business.
- Know-How, Technical Skills and Experience (n. of years and where)
- 2 3 years HACCP Understanding and implementation according to SANS 10330:2020
- Basic understanding Veterinary and Act 36 requirements.
- Basic laboratory experience or techniques
- Syspro Basic understanding is an advantage and operating a must to learn on the job.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Understanding of Manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP)
