SUMMARY:
MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Foreclosure Secretary in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch POSITION INFO:
Requirements/Experience:
- At least 3+ years experience in a similar environment - managing and attending to Foreclosure portfolios
- Drafting of legal documents; summons, affidavits, notices
- Attend to legal queries from debtors
- Coordinate with clients, debtors and sheriff offices
- Experience using AJS Accounting system is advantageous
- Postage of legal fees and disbursements
- Able to work in a high volume, deadline driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in order to ensure a quick turnaround time
- Strong communication skills
