Position: Forecourt Attendant

Job Location: Tsakane, Brakpan

Job Purpose:

To provide outstanding customer experience that retains customers.

Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Basic literacy and numeracy

Experience Required:

At least two years’ experience in the following:

• Giving a warm welcome to customers and offering agile professionalised service.
• Offering value-added service to the customer such as checking oil, tyre pressure, and windscreen wash.
• Dispensing various types of fuel to customers and various types of transactions (i.e. cash and electronic payments).
• Offering end-to-end differentiated customer experience in accordance with Shell standards.
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the working environment at all times.
