Job Description Job Description Location: Vasco - Columbus Job Summary: The Asphalt Foreman will supervise, schedule, and coordinate the work of employees in relevant construction roles including site preparation, patching, sealcoating, and small paving projects. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Guides, assigns, and supervises the work of construction staff, contractors, and suppliers; ensures work is completed on schedule. * Provides job evaluations based on performance and goals set by immediate supervisors in a timely and constructive manner. * Ensures crew members follow all safety standards.
