The Yard Foreman is responsible for the daily oversight and management of operations at the La Cima Yard crushing facility. This hands-on leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and productive operation of concrete crushing equipment, manages yard crew members, coordinates material processing and inventory, and maintains compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude and proven leadership experience in aggregate production, concrete recycling, or heavy equipment operations.

Supervise, direct, and coordinate daily yard operations including concrete crushing, screening, stockpiling, and material loading.

Operate and oversee the operation of crushing equipment (jaw crushers, impact crushers, screening plants, conveyors) to ensure optimal production output and material quality.
