Foreman - P&M - Site

The Foreman – P&M – Site (Operations) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day functioning, movement, and effective utilization of construction plant and machinery at the site. The role ensures equipment is operated safely and efficiently, manages operator scheduling, and supports the site team in meeting construction timelines through reliable equipment operations. 

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of plants and machinery at the site, ensuring timely availability of equipment for construction activities. ? Allocate operators and machines based on worksite requirements and construction schedules. ? Ensure operators follow safe operating practices and SOPs during machinery use. ? Monitor and log equipment operating hours, fuel usage, and site movements.
