We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Non-Working Foreman to oversee field operations and provide leadership to our electrical crews. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, monitoring quality control, and serving as the primary liaison between field personnel, project management, and clients.
