**Job Title:** Sit-Down Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
**Location:** Kent, WA
**Pay:** $23.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Kent, WA. This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** , with the potential for permanent placement after 3 months for strong performers. **Schedule:**
+ Monday–Friday
+ Start times: 6:00 AM or 8:00 AM
+ Full-time (40 hours/week)
+ Overtime required as needed
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate sit-down forklift (Toyota/Mitsubishi) safely and efficiently
+ Load and unload freight directly from delivery docks
+ Scan incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
+ Read and interpret billing manifests and shipping documents
