Forward Deployed Engineer - AI

The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you are the engineer customers ask for by name. You lead Kyndryl’s most complex AI engagements, shape technical direction across delivery teams, and drive account level outcomes that matter. This is not a traditional consulting role or a pure engineering position. You embed directly with customers, operate in ambiguity, and take accountability for real outcomes in production environments. You bring expert level depth in multiple technical domains and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, high impact AI solutions.
