Forward Deployed Software Engineer (Bogotá)

Mission

We need a technical powerhouse who understands that code is useless if it doesn't drive revenue. You will act as the Technical Translator between our Sales team and our most strategic customers. You aren't just an architect sitting in an ivory tower; you are on the ground, ensuring that when a deal is signed, the integration is flawless. Responsibilities

• Own the Success phase and guide new clients through their technical integration, writing sample code and documentation as needed to get them live.
• Accompany Sales on high‑level pitches to answer “How does this actually work?” questions, ensuring we never over‑promise and under‑deliver.
• Translate customer pain points and feature requests into actionable technical requirements for the Product team.
