Founder's Associate

A Founder's Associate sits between an EA and a Chief of Staff. You're not a specialist. You're a generalist who moves fast, picks up context quickly, and applies good judgment across whatever the founder needs most right now.

You'll work directly with a founder or senior executive at a fast‑growing company in the US or Europe. One week you're building a research brief. The next you're managing a GTM launch, coordinating a hiring process, or pressure‑testing a decision before they walk into a board meeting. No two weeks are the same.

We train you on the tools and workflows that run world‑class companies, then place you with a high‑performance operator who needs a right hand they can trust.

This is a launchpad. Founder's Associates at top startups go on to become Chiefs of Staff, department heads, and operators in their own right. You won't be a task executor here. You'll be in the room where decisions get made.
