FamCare is building India‘s leading on-demand caregiving platform, helping families access trusted caregivers for Baby Care, Elderly Care, and Pet Care. We are creating a technology-first, full-stack care platform focused on convenience, trust, safety, and exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven professional to join our Founder‘s Office team. In this role, you will work directly with the founders to drive growth, improve customer retention, optimize conversion funnels, and uncover actionable business insights through data.

You will own growth analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, retention strategy, product funnel optimization, and business intelligence across platforms such as Mixpanel, CleverTap, and internal dashboards.
