Founding AI Services Practice Lead

Softensity is looking for a Founding AI Services Practice Lead to build, launch, and scale our AI services practice from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of consulting, client delivery, and business development. The selected candidate will play a critical role in translating AI strategy into a structured, scalable, and revenue-generating offering. This is not a purely technical role nor a purely commercial one — it requires a balance of hands‑on AI expertise, client advisory, and practice‑building experience.
