Founding Growth Lead — Equity & Remote (NZ/AU)

Fetch Ltd. is seeking a growth operator to drive supply, demand, and community engagement in the Australian trading card game (TCG) market. This role is equity-only with complete flexibility in work hours and direct ownership of marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is a generalist who can manage relationships with game stores, oversee lifecycle marketing, and engage with the community across various platforms. A strong bias to action and familiarity with TCGs are essential.
