FP&A Consolidation – GPSC Finance Analyst

**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Prepare and perform the key monthly data integrity check to ensure the data sent is complete and accurate. Develop and implement GMRS (GM Material Reporting System) timelines to ensure successful data input for actuals & forecast consolidation. Determine the deadlines to be met for key inputs are due to ensure the monthly close cycle runs on time. Monitor and manage the monthly process to ensure system deadlines are met by those feeding the system. Run various system calculations after key due dates to ensure the system is ready to process data for the next monthly process milestones are met. Troubleshoot data errors. Run and analyze various reports to key stakeholders including regional and corporate, data bridges, data reconciliations. Document and report system and process errors that occurred during the monthly cycle to ensure the root cause is determined and corrective actions taken to prevent re-occurrence.
