You will partner closely with the Group CFO, COO and VP Finance to translate business ambition into actionable financial roadmaps ensuring decisions are anchored in data, logic and impact. What success looks like: Within the first year you will have helped institutionalize Beyond ONE's financial backbone, integrating reporting, forecasting and performance management across markets while shaping the narratives guiding our investments and operational decisions.
