1) Retroactive Adjustment compilation & analysis – yearly & monthly

- To establish the Retroactivity costing template to control and monitor the cost elements (Material, Labor, Overheads and Amortisation) for the project.

- Prepare and compile data for monthly Cost Review with Customer for controlling purposes.

- Prepare and compile data for yearly assembly fee negotiation.

- To match provisional fees with actual fees and calculate the retroactive adjustments.

- Review and monitoring cost allocation methodology. To check the data accuracy by performing sanity check.

- Attend to customer queries.

2) Division’s expenses analysis and profitability analysis – monthly

- Prepare monthly financial analysis report and evaluate performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with provisional fee, identifying trends and provide improvement suggestions...
