Our client, an industry leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated FQA Inspector to join their team. As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $25.00-$27.00/hr
**Shift:** Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mechanical parts based on IPC-A-610 and Customer Requirements.
+ Ensure all products meet customer specifications prior to shipment.
+ Verify manufacturing process instructions are followed accurately.
+ Report non-conformance or defects during manufacturing using the DGS system (Venture’s MES System).
