Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Role

We are looking for a fractional CFO who has already done this before.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role to lead capital strategy, structure project financing, and establish institutional‑grade financial discipline as the business scales through this high‑growth phase. You will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping the company's financing strategy across multiple markets.

What You Will Deliver

• Lead and close a ~$15M Series A, including investor strategy, materials, and diligence
• Structure project finance for infrastructure deployments across Canada, the UK, and Europe
• Build robust financial models tied to real assets, off‑take, and supply economics
• Stand up disciplined FP&A, cash management, and reporting processes
