Description
A multi-state, multi-unit food service client is seeking a Fractional HR Manager / HR Business Partner to ensure continuity of HR operations across a large, distributed workforce, while delivering both strategic partnership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. This is a 4-5 month engagement with estimated 15-20 hours a week commitment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Interim HR Leadership
+ Serve as the primary HR lead in the absence of the HR Director
+ Partner with leadership teams to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple states
+ Team Oversight & Coaching
+ Provide guidance and oversight to a team of HR professionals
+ Conduct 1–2x weekly check-ins to align on priorities, provide coaching, and ensure execution
