At Di Di, we are building a brand-new business model for the mobility industry in Mexico, and we need a Franchise Business Developer to be the engine of this expansion.

You will act as a business consultant, helping your partners grow from 0 to 100 while ensuring the highest operational standards.

Business Farming: Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end relationship, from initial onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
Data-Driven Consulting: Use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable advice to your partners.
Be the Face of Di Di: Spend 90% of your time in the field, building real relationships and understanding the local market.

Experience: 4+ years in Business Development, Key Account Management (KAM), or Sales.
Industry Background: We'd love candidates from Corporate Banking (Py ME) , Fleet/Leasing Management , or Franchise Development.
