**Franchise Sales Director – West Coast & Midwest**
**Sales Territory:**
California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Mexico, and additional territories as assigned.
This is a 100% remote position with travel throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory.

**Sales Consultant**
Partner with the Regional Vice President to drive franchise growth across the West Coast, Midwest, and Northwest regions. Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate independent brokerage owners and growth opportunities within assigned markets. Build and execute market penetration strategies, create conversion opportunities, and develop relationships that advance through the franchise sales pipeline.
