Fraud Investigation Officer

The Fraud Investigations Officer is primarily responsible for investigating and taking appropriate actions on fraud cases; analyzing fraud trends; preparing reports and requests to internal and external parties; contributing to the development of improved fraud management systems, processes, models and policies; and ensuring that the high level of customer service is maintained when interacting with the customer.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree holder. Completion of major units in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or Accounting is preferred
• At least 3 years banking industry experience from Fraud Management, Authorizations Unit or Customer Service
• Must have a high value for accuracy, attention to details, persistence in getting the complaint resolved
