In this role with RBC, you will lead the Fraud Management initiatives by developing ML strategies and models for predictive fraud detection. You’ll mentor a team of senior data scientists, ensuring their professional growth and fostering a culture of collaboration. Engage with stakeholders to strengthen the fraud detection ecosystem and meet the bank's detection requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development of predictive fraud detection models
• Conduct 1-on-1s and performance feedback sessions
• Collaborate with partners on emerging fraud risks
• Plan best practices for ML model validation
• Provide analytical support to the entire DSA team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ML and data mining
• 1-3 years in team leadership
