Job Title: Fraud Risk Manager (Anti-Fraud) Department:  Risk Management Department Reporting Line:  Head of Risk/ Country Manager Location:  BGC, Taguig (Full-time) Job Overview As the Fraud Risk Manager for PalmPay Philippines, you will be the tactical commander responsible for safeguarding our 3C/Smartphone financing business against sophisticated fraud vectors.

This is NOT an academic or theoretical role.

We are looking for a field-hardened, data-driven practitioner who can balance sharp operational metrics with gritty, boots-on-the-ground fraud investigations.

You will directly manage three frontline defense units to combat organized loan syndicates, merchant/promoter collusions, and identity theft across our retail footprint in the Philippines.
