A well‑established regional construction organisation with a strong pipeline of work across the East of England. The business operates within a specialist construction environment and offers long‑term contract opportunities, with a collaborativemercial and operational structure.

Your new role

You will join themercial team as an Estimator, supporting ongoing and future projects across the region. The role will involve preparing detailed cost estimates, supporting tender submissions and working closely with Quantity Surveyors, site teams and senior stakeholders throughout the pre‑construction phase.
This is a long‑term contract position, offering a hybrid working arrangement and the option to transition into a permanent role in the future if desired.
