Opportunity Description
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and inspire individuals of all ages to reach their swimming goals.
- Conduct one-to-one or group lessons
- Lesson planning and conducting
- Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and a talent for coaching that meets individuals’ needs.
- Min commitment 1 year
- Able to swim minimum 3 strokes
- Doesn’t mind traveling around to lesson locations
- Available on weekdays and weekends
- Passionate, responsible and patient
- Candidates are required to work with children and adults and are responsible for their water safety
- Earn from minimum $35 per lesson (30 or 45 minutes)
- Free in‑house coach training or sponsorship for a coaching licence
