- Previous experience in a similar role in a five star safari environment is a must!
- Must be Cidesco Qualified
- Computer literate to a high level
- Must have excellent massage skills
- Must have a good nature and be exceptionally well presented
- Must be confident and able to run the spa independently
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible and open to change
- Able to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Able to act decisively and quickly when necessary
- Must have a genuine passion for guest delight
- Must have brilliant references
