Roles and Responsibilities
Oracle EBS Level 1 Support
Respond to user requests and incidents related to Oracle EBS modules.
Provide functional support for:
Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)
Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
Oracle General Ledger (GL)
Oracle Purchasing (PO)
Oracle Inventory
Oracle Order Management (OM)
Troubleshoot transaction errors and workflow issues.
Monitor and assist with failed concurrent requests.
Validate data entry and identify user-related errors.
Assist users with report execution and navigation.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams.
Track tickets through resolution and communicate status updates.
