We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to support a large-scale transportation/metro project.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM functional activitie

s
- Work across Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Profile Management module

s
- Assist with data conversion, validation, testing, and reporting activitie

s
- Define and validate data extraction object

s
- Review discrepancy reports and error log

s
- Participate in data cleanup and migration initiative

s
- Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT

)
- Document business processes, configurations, and system change

s
- Support end-user training and knowledge transfe

r
- Track and document issues using Jir
