Freelance Site Manager - Water Freelance Site Manager - Water Location: Preston, Lancashire Contract: 2-3 months Overview Hays are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civils delivery on a Water Treatment plant in the Preston area. Experience on previous Water projects is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage day to day Civils activities: concrete, drainage, ducting, chambers, structural works Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to drawings, RAMS, and programme Lead site safety, quality checks, briefings, and inspections Maintain accurate site records, permits, and reporting Liaise with project management, design teams, and client representatives Identify risks, support short term planning, and maintain progress Requirements Gold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Strong understanding of CDM, temporary works, and permit systems Effective communicator with strong organisational skills If you are available please apply below or send an up to date CV to
